Sonu Sharma, our floor incharge, made our stay even more enjoyable with his friendly and accommodating approach. Although the dining experience had some room for improvement, the location next to the Forum Mall and metro station was superb.
During our stay, our floor incharge Sonu Sharma was there to take care of all our requests with a friendly attitude, making us feel comfortable. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel features a nice pool and restaurant. However, there was an occasional odor of cigarette from adjacent rooms due to AHUs and central air conditioning vents while we had to wait initially for our room to be ready.
